Keyence Multisensor Measurement System
Our new Keyence LM-X Series Machine is a state-of-the-art multisensory measurement system. This advanced technology offers three distinct measurement methods along the X, Y, and Z axes, utilizing touch probe, ultra-high-resolution camera, and multi-color laser. By drastically reducing dimensional measurement time for complex parts and ensuring consistent accuracy across all measurements, this machine empowers us to maintain the highest standards in quality assurance. With its capacity to measure up to 5000 locations on up to 1000 parts, it allows us to inspect a wide range of shapes, sizes, and materials with unparalleled precision.
In addition, we have acquired the Keyence Wide Area Coordinate Measuring Machine from the WM Series. This handheld CMM is designed for precise 3D and GD&T measurements over a vast 15m area. Its portability and shop-floor readiness enable us to conduct measurements seamlessly, even within machine tools, while automatically generating detailed inspection reports for our records.
